YVT Is a CIO
Yeo Valley Trust is a Charity registered in England as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). A CIO is a corporate form of business designed for (and only available to) charitable organisations in England and Wales.
The governance of YVT is managed through our Constitution, which was approved by the trustees on 17 February 2023, as agreed with the Charities Commission.
